The Attack Comes Before The Breakthrough

What do you do when God has given you a word and it seems like what you are expecting is quite different then what He has revealed? Continue to walk by faith and not by sight. The word of God says in Isaiah 55:11, “So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
Ladies, we walk by faith and not by sight because faith is our end that we bring to pass as we walk by what God has revealed. What we see is temporal and has the ability to change, but faith remains the same. Faith is the substance of our hope and the evidence of things not seen. When God says He will do it, He will bring it to pass. Often He will not bring it to pass the way we think it will happen.
The word of God tells us in Numbers 23:19, “God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good? God does not make a mistake when He speaks because He is not limited in knowledge, nor is He a liar. We can trust fully in what God has said. The closer you and I get to a breakthrough to where we are going to another level in Christ, the more the enemy makes it seems like it will not happen. However, during these times we must continue to put our trust in God and know that His ways are not our ways because they are higher and heavenly (Isaiah 55:8-9).
Therefore, do not be discouraged but continue to count it all joy when you see the trials testing your faith in the promises of God. The word of God assures us in Matthew 24:35, “Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.” John 1:1-5 tell us, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.
God’s word is His bond. His word is solid as a rock. His word is the foundation of our hope. His word will come to pass in your life. The key is to focus on the word of faith where the solution and resolution will be revealed as you are determined to deny the Spirit of fear access to your thoughts, words, emotions and actions. God tells us in His word that He will guide us with His vision. He also tells us in His word that He will speak to us letting us know in what direction to move forward in. God always makes a way, when our will is aligned with His will. When can trust the faithfulness of God because He has never proven Himself unfaithful but instead remains faithful. When we seek God with all our heart, He not only protects our heart He gives us the desires of our heart because in seeking Him first, our desires have been purified.
